Customer Service can be a very difficult job as often the people calling in are angry, rude, and downright nasty, even though they know that the person they're talking to had nothing to with their problem. So, when I have to call, I especially appreciate it when customer service is kind and friendly. Mostly though, honesty is very important to me, even if the information is going to be "bad news" and when they simply don't know. I hate it when someone makes up stuff because they don't know the answer. Just tell me you don't know. Simple. The woman I spoke to was friendly, kind and well informed. She made me feel much better about the situation.

I’m definitely happy sticking with your company! Last year and into early this year, we had some ups and downs diagnosing a few issues with my burner and system, but after the last service call everything has been great. I deliberately held off on a tune up this fall because I didn’t want to jinx anything. Perhaps I should revisit that thought! In any event, I appreciate the consistent deliveries of the right fuel (I have relatives that are having issues with their heat due to being given biofuel). Paying through the fuel portal is a great convenience too. Thanks.

Good custmee service and timely delivery
Initially I was very happy with the experience and would have given an 10 but I waiting on hold for over 40 minutes with no heat on the second floor on my house and the tech. broke a few tiles in off in my laundry room; when asked how they were going to get fixed, all he said was that they tried to be careful when moving the dryer.
I always get great customer service and a helpful and friendly person to talk to when I call.
