I recently overlooked my statements for several months and my bank account, I wasn’t looking to see if the money was taken from my account.
I am on the budget plan and could have been taken off and you could have demanded the payment. However that didn’t happen, thank you for your patience with my account. When I realized what happened I paid up. Just want you to know how thankful I am you didn’t drop me as a customer. I learned a valuable lesson for sure, open the mail and check your bank account closely. One more important comment, our tank always has oil!!!!!! Thank you~ you are definitely appreciated.

Although our propane tank was quite low and the delivery was quoted as “possibly 7-10 days”, the delivery occurred the day following the phone call to request the delivery.
