Cleanliness and friendly staff. There’s lots of things to do for every one in our family
honestly, I wish I had done it sooner because when I walked in the building and saw those three pools and that work out equipment in the facility, I was just amazed. My only regret is not doing it sooner. I’m looking forward to using each and everyone of the pieces of equipment and resources I think it’s a great Great facility well laid out and I would recommend it to anybody and everybody.

Feels all of the instructors are exceptional. Unfortunately, the virtual Y for live classes is not very dependable.

There are many classes available and things to do for better health.
I go to the Northwest Baldwinsville location and so glad I got a membership at the Y. It’s a great facility. People are friendly, lots to offer which makes it the perfect place to go.

Aqua classes
Summer camp opportunities are excellent. Our child has been participating for a number of years and continues to enjoy the experience as he grows.
Communication is great, director response time is amazing and very helpful. Any concerns are addressed promptly. Appreciate the affordability as far as camps go.
Great chance for child's enrichment in many artistic areas. Friendly, safe atmosphere. Pleasant and efficient drop off/ pick up procedure. good chance for interaction with other kids.

I often use the YMCA whenever I am in the Clay area. The equipment is fantastic and modern. I also like the second story walking and running track. The men’s locker room is clean and also very modern. I have not one thing to complain about because it is a great place. My only disappoint is that I wish I lived closer and could use it more often.
It’s close to home and the variety of fitness classes
Lazy river, water aerobics and indoor track are my favorite. Wish the excise equipment fit me better but is still useable.
