Very friendly welcoming people attending the front desk - in fact the entire staff. They are always smiling and receptive to suggestions. The facility is clean and well maintained and the gym equipment is varied and plentiful.

I don't like phones(cameras) in the locker room. I don't like people walking into the locker room dripping wet and to the lockers. They get the floor and benches all wet. Can't change clothes in a dry area. They could dry off before going into the locker area.
Overall,a nice place.
I am a member and am frequently at the East YMCA. I have gone to the NW YMCA to chaperone my grandson (who is a member under his father) because he prefers the turf field for soccer practice.

Love the pools, classes and steam room. Lapswimming is my fave exercise.

classes offered are great, staff is very pleasant and the facility is clean.
The wide variety of fitness and wellness options you have available. My only critique is that I wish your women's locker room had some private dry areas to change other than the bathroom stalls. Not everyone likes to change into and out of a bathing suit in front of strangers, even if we are all women. Some of us, myself included, would appreciate if a couple of the showers were actually changing spaces to avoid having to use a cramped toilet stall.

FRIENDLY STAFF, GREAT FACILITIES
The employees are very friendly and helpful. I think there needs to be more security and there should be zero tolerance on foul language on the basketball courts.
