My main purpose for belonging to the Y is the use of the gym, aquatic center, basketball courts and inside track.
The gym workout area has an adequate number of equipment stations to get a good workout. The difference maker for me from other facilities is the aquatic center with the steam room and sauna.
The staff are friendly, welcoming and pleasant as well as the patrons. The facility is very clean especially the locker room and shower areas.
We enjoy the family experience.

Very clean throughout facility, friendly people. Most equipment in good condition, does need more separate pickleball courts!
This Y in BALDWINSVILLE is a great place for the entire family’s needs. They offer day camps, arts & crafts, weight room, exercise guidance, gymnastics, exercise classes for all ages both in a classroom and in the pools, etc. The staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. The equipment and facilities are all first rate and well cared for. I look forward to going each day.

The Y has a variety of activities, is modern and clean. Plenty of room to work out, swim, play basketball, and walk/jog. Friendly, courteous staff and pleasant atmosphere.
After an accident left me unable to work I found that I needed to reinvent myself. Staying home and isolating myself was not healthy. The Y gave my life purpose. It gave me a reason to get up and out of the house every day. It provided me with a predictable routine. I found that I had a love for the water fitness classes. The pool has been a lifeline for me; socially, emotionally and physically. I don’t know where I’d be today if it wasn’t for the Y.

YMCA is a life saver for families .
It offers a Wide variety of programs for children and adults. I really enjoyed the classes and most particularly I enjoy the primetime plus that is offered for parents. The y offers a wide variety of programs for children and adults. I really enjoyed the classes and most particularly I enjoy the primetime plus that is offered for parents. My daughter is actively involved and their parent child classes as well and it is a great resource for parents of all ages !
