I like it when the service person shows up to do a inspection and explains everything and is very nice .
Consistent, and informative when I'm there. I do wish they would notify us ahead of the schedule time for inspection so we can make sure we are there. I sometimes have questions concerning the underside of my home and they could provide answers when needed.
