He's a very pleasant young man who takes his job seriously. He's very thorough and and attentive to the customer needs. He takes his time explaining any concerns. I have been with Terminix for 30 plus years — so that’s says a lot, doesn’t it! I have almost always been pleased, but Dylan McKenzie is the best associate I have ever had. Polite, friendly, thorough, thoughtful, and responds quickly whenever I ask a question or message him with a concern. He knows how much I hate those teeny red Spider Mites that come with Spring and cover my screened-in porch, so he always comes with “special sauce!” He is kind and has a good sense of humor. The person who represents your company is one of your best assets — kudos to whoever hired him! Keep them both!
