We live in an area where termites are a real problem. I feel contident that my home is being protected. They do annual inspections and replace traps if needed. Afterwards, they report their findings and that gives us peace of mind. We recently added additional services to spray the house and pool are for hornets, tics, beatles, spiders and a variety of bugs of which we have plenty.. Since spraying, the pool are is much more enjoyable without all the flying and crawling insects. We also had them Mosquito spray the yard area as well. We had them install vent guards around the foundation to keep varous critters from getting under the house. We have been totally satified with their service and professionalism. A real pleasure to work with them.

Been very satisfied with the service I received and the elimination of mosquitoes. My only critique is that management needs to step up their game and hire more people. It seems so inefficient that people that live so far away from the area they service that they're wasting time every day driving rather than working on clients properties. Why not start some sort of a trainee program for people getting out of high school tap into a new market. I truly believe your people are getting overworked for no reason the system seems very inefficient.
