William performed a very thorough job. We received the quality of service that we received as when we first signed up for your service. That service had become unsatisfactory per the previous technician. We definitely want William to continue servicing our home.

What do you like about our services?

The Terminix representative who came to welcome us to Florence and make us aware of the services, Adam, was friendly and very professional. He spent time explaining the Terminix services and then spent time taking care of the house. When I contacted him regarding the lawn, he responded quickly and was here the next day.
