First I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Nikki for still doing an amazing job during our service this time. With our regular technician Mike being out, Nikki came in and did an outstanding job! Nikki used to be our technician before moving to a different route and we were unsure if we would have another great technician, but we were given Mike for the past few years which has been outstanding too. But we had to make sure we let Nikki know how much we appreciated seeing a familiar face who is still doing an amazing job! We can't thank you enough for coming to do our service again and of course hope that you have earned a raise or two over the years we haven't seen you. Thanks again for all that you did for us during our service visit(s) and Terminix!
