I like that personal touch where I feel the guys are really taking good care of us.
The individual attention to issues I may not know about otherwise. My technician (Zack) doesn't just complete the service he is supposed to perform, but also alerts me to other issues found during the inspection. Over the years that has included an unknown leak, mold as a result of that leak, and most recently, water standing under my house.

Relative to your survey question "How likely are you to recommend Terminix?" should be rephrased to read, "If asked, how likely are you to recommend Terminix?"
I would gladly recommend Terminix, if asked. However, I have used Terminix's service for over 30 years and I have never been asked for a recommendation for a pest control service. Consequently, I am not likely to ever recommend Terminix, so my rating of 10 doesn't mean much.

The tech was on time introduced himself whom I remembered him from a year ago. Very nice guy. When he finished he me know and asked if I had any questions. I did ask a few and he answered them.

Mike is always provides a great service when he come to do our termite inspection or when he sprays for insects. He is very knowledge about insects and addresses all of our concerns. He's always on time and does a fantastic job! We can't thank him enough so if Terminix can give him a raise or gift card for being such a great employee, please do. He really does work hard and provides us (his customers) with the best service.

Everything is great no complaints
Parker is always pleasant and asks if I have specific concerns. He lets me know what other services Terminix can provide such as ants or carpenter bee issues. If he is running late he calls to inform me.
Job is always well done and good communication.
