The person doing the service was very nice and respectful and as I observed him he did a great job also I could actually smell the poison that let me believe it wasn't to watered down great job.

My technician, Matthew Byrd, is very personal in his conversations (long-time personal friend). He is very thorough in his observations & assessments while performing the treatments.
I've had no issues with Terminix that needed to be reported, nor have I had any pest/termite damage that needed to be corrected.
