Jamie, our technician, is always punctual - arriving early or on time and asks if any additional issues have arisen so they can be addressed while he's here. Terminix calls to remind you services are due which I appreciate and are always helpful when I call.

Bryson has been so helpful and consistent in treating our home for German roaches. He is timely, polite and very good at following up with me if I am not at home. He will call or text me with his findings. I really do appreciate it. He is a great service tech and represents Terminix so well.
