And after a consultation with Serv Pro on Monday, he was 100 percent correct. I appreciated his honesty and hopefully he will be my technician from now on. He is thorough and does his job extremely well, even though he apologized for having to give me the bad news. But I am so glad he did before my problem worsened. He needs a raise.
