I must say that in all of the time we have had Terminix, I have never had a technician as thorough as Matthew Bird. Without us saying a word to him, he took the time to make sure every area in our house was covered, even a few that had never been touched such as under our jacuzzi tub. Jamie showed up before his scheduled visit which is always great. He answered all my questions and explained all that he was going to do. Very courteous, friendly, and thorough with his job. I did peak in and open garage doors for him and again he explained what he was doing. Even rang the doorbell and waited for us to let him in each time he went outside. 1st visit was a good impression so we look forward to being a Terminix customer for time to come!
