Very please with Matt and Randy's response to my question about a weak spot in my flooring. They immediately looked at the problem and recommended a solution. They also recommended upgrading to sentricon due to the age of my original treatment.

Jamie, our technician, is always punctual - arriving early or on time and asks if any additional issues have arisen so they can be addressed while he's here. Terminix calls to remind you services are due which I appreciate and are always helpful when I call.
