Love Eddie's Tai Chi class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Friendly staff and fellow members plus clean well maintained facilities.
The water aerobics for arthritis has been a life saver for me. I am 83, been attending class 3 days a week for one year. My health issues have improved over 50%. I believe the next year I will see another 50% improvement. The three instructors are very good, care about our well-being, very knowledgeable. My only complaint is students talk too much during class. Some come for a social time. Talking should not be allowed during class. Very annoying and distracting. I can't always hear teacher.

The variety of programs is wonderful. The people who are instructors or leader are knowledgeable and very helpful. Most people are friendly.
I like the activities that I am attending: Aqua for arthritis, Beth and Rebecca are excellent instructors and make the activity fun and pleasant.
I am also taking Enhance Fitness with Lori, who is also great.

The East Valley Y is a fantastic community resource in ESSJ! Clean and well cared for equipment and facility. Engaged, welcoming staff. Keep it up!
I haven't done any yet, but I like that classes are included in the price. I said "very likely" to recommend because I have already signed up my family and had conversations that led to a friend signing up.
