First of all, the facility is clean, organized, and has so many different rooms for various activities. The staff, starting with the front desk, are so friendly, supportive, and informed.
We like the MWF fitness class, geared especially towards keeping seniors limber, strong, and physically active; we also regularly use the well-appointed weight room. Many others gravitate to the pool facilities, meditation class, zumba, pickle ball, etc. etc. The wide range of available activities, led by supportive and well-trained staff, really makes the East Valley Y such a valuable one-of-a-kind resource for all of the East Side SJ community.

I love the aqua fitness and just began the senior fitness program. Great staff & programs!

I find East Valley Y very friendly with a very good program for seniors. Also I was very impressed on how they handled Covid-19.

I like the Yoga classes and the HIIT class. My daughter and I really enjoy the indoor pool.
I would like to take more of the classes and work with the personal trainer.
My daughter likes the kids dance class on Tuesday.

I enjoy the variety of activities/programs and the assistance from the trainers. Everyone has been helpful and professional in their interactions with me.

There are so many options to choose from. I love the yoga classes and lap swimming. Please keep the early morning swim hours.
