The water aerobics for arthritis has been a life saver for me. I am 83, been attending class 3 days a week for one year. My health issues have improved over 50%. I believe the next year I will see another 50% improvement. The three instructors are very good, care about our well-being, very knowledgeable. My only complaint is students talk too much during class. Some come for a social time. Talking should not be allowed during class. Very annoying and distracting. I can't always hear teacher.

I like the activities that I am attending: Aqua for arthritis, Beth and Rebecca are excellent instructors and make the activity fun and pleasant.

The East Valley Y is a fantastic community resource in ESSJ! Clean and well cared for equipment and facility. Engaged, welcoming staff. Keep it up!

My kids are in swim class and they love it! The teacher and everyone is really nice. Also, the brunch with Santa was affordable and nice to spend time with family and see Santa. I really liked that

There is a lot to do. More than I expected.
The exercise and the socializing. I am elderly, with arthritis, so I enjoy going to the Aqua Fitness classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I have become close with many of my fellow classmates. I also go on other days to the wellness center where I know a few members and I enjoy talking with some of the wellness coaches.

Love Eddie's Tai Chi class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Friendly staff and fellow members plus clean well maintained facilities.
