There is a lot to do. More than I expected.
The exercise and the socializing. I am elderly, with arthritis, so I enjoy going to the Aqua Fitness classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I have become close with many of my fellow classmates. I also go on other days to the wellness center where I know a few members and I enjoy talking with some of the wellness coaches.

The classes offered fit my schedule and are conducted by instructors who are enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
The East Valley Y is a very diverse friendly organization with a very competent staff. Everyone makes you feel wanted and the staff is willing to work with our members on way to improve its members wellness goals. I highly recommend this particular Y to anyone who is looking for a health club to accomplish their social physical wellness goals
I really like because they offer programs for the whole family.
I like the classes you offer. Sit & be Fit, Yoga are two that I like. The bicycles and tread mills and all the exercise machines allows me to do different workouts.
Regular classes that keep me coming back regularly plus a fitness center that allows me to get aerobic exercise and strength training on the days when I’m not in class. Plus caring and fun staff.
The rock climbing and general the Clark on the reception are all nice and helpful.
