The facility is very nice and comfortable.
Free weights, machine weights, pool, clean restrooms, working on your one pace, and categories on app building up your speed and schedule! Good atmosphere and customer service! Workers with patience and understanding with helping me signing and joining well fit environment! Thanks! ( PS ) it'll be nice if you have gym clothes, water, juice, or a place inside selling athletic items similar to gold gym fitness, could use money for fundamental or good use for raising funds for people suffering from something! Thanks!

Presently I have not taken advantage of class opportunities on the daily schedule, but hope to do so soon.

I like the variety of group-ex classes offered. The new family-oriented activities like Parent’s Night Out and The Easter Egg Hunt are great for the Community.

The cost is affordable, the times offered are manageable, and the instructors are very engaged and helpful.
The fitness classes are small and the people have made a tight knit community within them.
It gives off a nice and welcoming atmosphere even for someone new who comes in.
We specially like the karate program, but hope to change the schedule back to 6pm for working parents. Thanks!
