The staff has always been very friendly. I enjoy lap swimming. Also like the yoga class. I use the track upstairs for walking when I can't walk outside.
I enjoy the YMCA because they have a wide range of equipment and a lot of room so everyone isn't on top of one another. The equipment is well maintained and easy to use and the staff is helpful. They do a lot for the customer and community as well.
I do enjoy seeing all the friendly people every day. Enjoy knowing we're all there doing the same thing and being a part of it.

Something for every age. I am 83 and enjoy Enhanced Fitness three times a week. Keeps me limber as I have arthritis.

Staff Equipment. Pool sauna. All over the cleanliness of the building and machines. What I don’t like is closing the pool for the people just walking around and talking. Should be until 1030 am
Clean, freindly, plenty of room. Pool, track, exersice equip all nice. Locker rooms clean and large. good location for me.

I love the Dow , since I have joined they have been more then helpful with questions etc . I made the move to uptown and the walk over is so so much better then driving .

Add an additional Smith Machine/Bench Press and cable machine to the 24/7 area. They are constantly taken and hogged.
