Everything very well run facility. I do hear a lot of chatter about Saginaw offering silver sneakers and Bay city’s not!
The group fitness instructors are great! Hours and 24/7 room make it easy for me to get my workouts in. However, the new arrangement in thev24/7 room makes it more crowded and isn't as user friendly.
After a long day at work, it's nice to be greeted by friendly staff and go to a place where I can work off the stress of the day and feel better after my workout.

I love how easy it is to get in the steam room, sauna, and hot tub. There is no hassle
I love this place and I have only used the pool - I love the hair dryers, the sauna, the resistance river. The lane for anyone-anytime is great. All folks are nice! The locker room is so very clean - Many Thanks!!

Most of the equipment is well maintained. Facilities are clean and modern. Would like to get rid of carpet in locker rooms as it has acquired an odor.

The Y has great hours. It has a large number of different exercise classes and times year around. It's equipment is high quality and very clean. Pool, showers and locker rooms are kept clean. It's a safe place to be. It has great parking too. Friendly staff and happy members!
The only gripe I have is that all individuals use the family changing room It should not be single people at all there is boys girls women and men’s locker rooms let them use those Keep the family room for parents with underage children this burns me to see a group of teenage boys in there that was directed by the front desk to use the family locker room when there is a boys locker room 20 feet away
The Y is updated, clean, with friendly staff. They have a variety of classes and activities to fit many interests.

Staff, pool, classes and exercise room. I recommend the Y to everyone, young and old.
I love the atmosphere and running into other members that I have not had contact with in a long time. It’s nice to catch up with old friends. The equipment is maintained properly and the members are very good at cleaning them after they use each piece of equipment. The workers also do a great job of cleaning the exercise equipment and the cardio equipment.
I enjoy all the different classes that are offered. I like the flexibility of the hours. I also like the opportunity to meet my friends there and workout together.
There is one thing I learned recently that I'm not happy about. I understand that membership fee is based on income and I was happy with the cost of my monthly membership until I talked to a few other people. I know of someone that makes $800 more a month them myself and they are paying less for there monthly membership. So this makes me question what goes into determining how much each individual pays. Something I do plan to look into
