Class instructors
I attend the Y for their classes. Mostly yoga and mobility. Caroline's class is excellent, I rarely miss it on Fridays. She is a double thumbs up instructor. Its great to see more yoga classes being added to the schedule!

I've been a member of Dow Bay Area Family for a couple of years. I think of it as my "other family". Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and ready to help at a moments notice. The facility is clean and the equipment is ready to use. I am a proud member and don't hesitate to recommend DBAFY to anyone in the community who asks.
