I think the Bay Area family Y has a lot to offer. It is the best thing Bay City has going for all ages.
Friendly staff. Excellent classes. Motivated trainers. Especially enjoy the 5am-5:30am Bootcamp classes with Christine and Anika; and Spin class with Monica.
I would like to see adult dance/ exercise classes for Special Needs people.

YMCA membership 60 years and counting! Recently visited a Y in Grand Haven and Bay City is above and beyond their Y. Keep up the good work Bay City!
Dow Family YMCA is the nicest YMCA facility i have seen as i have traveled the country with my military career. Huge multi-purpose pool area, great big upstairs with the 24/7 access is amazing. So many programs and opportunities to learn/exercise and socialize with new friends as a new person in the Bay City area. Very excited about my new membership at this YMCA facility. Anna Fortier was extremely helpful getting my membership set up. Thank you Anna.
