I like the variety of options I have to exercise. The hours are convenient and the 24 hour option gives me flexibility. I’ve received personal training from Caroline and she was amazing. I also like that you are offering more yoga-type sessions that aren’t necessarily athletic, like sound bath.

Noonball on Sundays is great! Love the drive of everyone in the workout area as well. The staff is awesome always makes you feel welcomed

The staff is friendly & helpful. The high school interns are top notch. There is such a sense of community whenever I enter the door that I look forward to going each day. The facilities are clean and well kept. I have been a member for 13 years and have enjoyed it immensely.

The Y has everything I need and want. I don’t have to go somewhere else to find what matters to me. I always feel very safe. Everyone is always very friendly. The best employees are at the Y.
Very friendly staff and equipment is always clean and working. Lots of friendly Y people who workout and it’s easy to make friends! I love the facility, what a great part of the community! Making people healthy and helping others who are in need! Fun classes, great indoor track. What more could you ask for?

I love the availability of classes that suit my schedule. I am enjoying working with Caroline as a trainer. We initially joined to help with swimming lessons for our grandchildren, and were very pleased with their experiences. The Family locker room with handicap accessible dressing rooms and showers is wonderful. We used this room when bringing our grandkids in for swimming lessons.

Great programs. However, after moving to Saginaw and only participating in the Tai Chi evening programs with Greg, I'm displeased you put us in a crowded room in the basement. His classes are growing and we need to have better space.
