Special mention goes to Vicki Franck, whose persistence to resolving an issue was a constant and welcome surprise to me. She has gone out of her way to assist me, arranging and dropping off items to resolve a minor issue. I can honestly say that the entire Jet Charge team exhibit a rare enthusiasm for customer satisfaction - I highly recommended this company and their dedicated staff.
