As far as Don Franklin Hyundai service, my latest vehicle was well taken care of. I was even referred to another Somerset business when what I needed could not be done by your service department. Jordan in the service department is the BOMB A++..
If I had one take away from my new purchase would be that all fluids should have been checked and topped off and the roof rails should have been installed. I have an issue with the elbow rest in the back seat and I will be in touch regarding that.

We like the professional treatment we receive from service staff. We like being able to get in quickly for service. We don't have routine patterns with our vehicle so we can't schedule oil changes until we are close to needing one. Additionally we live 1.75 hours away, and in another time zone, so ease of scheduling is very important.
You got me in fast. You can't get any better than Jordan. He is considerate patient and very kind.
