My salesman Josh was very professional knowledgeable and very very patient with me. I went from a 2025 Hyundai Tucson, which I did not love to a Santa Fe calligraphy edition and I am in love with this car. Everything about it is luxurious, roomie, it feels very safe and sound. And also, I love the 10 year hundred thousand mile warranty.

We dropped the vehicle off and was called in a very timely manner to let us know the recall was completed and our vehicle was ready to be picked up! Everyone was so courteous and kind! I love the customer service. They listen and are very polite and respectful. The bathrooms needed more attending to. The women's were not very clean. This is the only issue I saw there.

I have purchased more than my fair share of vehicles in my time, and I have met numerous sales staff in those experiences. But none were as courteous and personable as the team at Don Franklin Hyundai. Specifically, Logan, was fantastic. We came just to peruse the lot but he came up and made conversation and next thing you know, he had us in a car. He and his sales manager, and the finance manager were fantastic! (Better even so than we have been treated at other DF stores!!) Next time we are looking or know of someone looking, we WILL be to Don Franklin Hyundai!
