About a year ago, my 2016 Kia Sportage blew an engine north of Lexington, KY. AAA towed my vehicle to Don Franklin Kia in Somerset. It was late and I had no way to get home. I had recently moved to the area. The service manager heard me leave voicemail messages begging the few people I knew for a ride. He graciously offered to drive me home which was at least 30 minutes each way out of his way. He was so nice I swore I would buy my next car from Don Franklin. Today I drove home in my brand new Hyundai Santa Fe Limited. My salesperson, Emily was fantastic but it was the service manager, from a year ago that is the reason I bought my new car from Don Franklin.

Our salesperson was Emily Haynes and she was top notch! We got to the car lot at 5:15pm and was pulling out at 7pm in our brand new car! Most definitely the best car lot I have ever dealt with! If I ever buy another vehicle it will definitely be from them! 10/10 service! Highly recommend!
