Not a only do I love the facility we selected, but it fits my mom's needs. The elder care universe is complicated and easy to get lost in for the novice. Care Patrol of Baltimore provided valuable information and resources to make sure everything was in place for my elderly mother. I'm not sure where we'd be without them.

After months of unsuccessfully attempting to find 24/7 care for my 99 yo mother at a reasonable price, I was given the contact number of Care Patrol by a Social Worker at Good Sam. What a relief! Of course, my Mom is going through a period of re-adjustment but she is much safer than she was previously, living alone in the house with neighbors checking on her daily.
Everything!! Debbie was wonderful and all of her staff were wonderful. Very personal care and concern was a real comfort and support!! When things were getting mired in the muck of bureaucracy Debbie really rallied everyone and got the communication sorted!! Great team!!
Debbie Hill has extensive knowledge of the various senior living communities in Baltimore. When we reached out to her about moving our mom from Independent Living to an Assisted Living community she listened carefully to our concerns and gave us candid opinions of what may come next in terms of increased nursing care and eventually memory care.
The first community that she selected seemed to be a perfect fit for our situation. Her care and compassion for the families involved and their loved ones is exceptional.
