There is so much about CarePatrol. First of all, they definitely have a standard of what is in their name. They really do care. My mother and I were very pleased with the care we received during the time of when my mother's husband was to be placed. They found the best places and allowed us to make an educated decision.

My wishes were respected in finding the right facility for my husband where he would receive the best care possible. Kris accompanied me when I visited the home , which made the visit easier for me as she knew the owner from previous experience. Finding a facility for a loved one is difficult on many levels, but Paula and Kris made the experience less difficult.

Linda, Kathy, and Laura were so incredibly helpful during a time that was difficult to manage. With their help, we were able to find an assisted living location quickly to ensure that my mother is cared for and safe. I would not have been able to make this happen on my own and they were there every step to help.

My mother's specific case was multi-faceted and had some complications, but we were able to find her a great fit, close by and in a wonderful and welcoming community. She identified several facilities that fit my mother's needs. Then she set up tours. With a few days we identified a perfect place for mom. Fast, effective, professional.

I appreciate the efforts taken by the team to help locate an assistant living residence for my aunt. Despite the challenges in the level of care, CarePatrol was able to locate accommodations that catered to her needs in a short amount of time. I personally enjoyed working with Linda.
