This was my first rodeo and finding a place the first time was daunting, CP helped narrow down facilities from which to choose, gave me the information I needed, and arranged the site visits. Laura and Linda were knowledgeable and friendly and their support was a big help. Not only would I recommend CP to friends, I already have.

From the moment I spoke with Tanya on the phone on August 5th, 2022, I finally felt like someone was in my corner. The doctors were able to give medical treatment and friends offered suggestions, but I needed someone to help me navigate this Alzheimer's journey. Linda set up tours that were appropriate for what Mom needed and went with me to advocate for us. She championed the swift move into the facility by checking in everyday and answered questions whenever they arose. She and Tanya made sure all the paperwork was filled out by the doctor and all the medical evaluations were done quickly. I always felt like they were just a phone call away which is something I had not had with other agencies. They listened to my story and knew how to get the job done. What a great team of caring people. The name truly fits.

I can't say enough good things about CarePatrol of Baltimore! They were available anytime I needed them to talk about our situation. Lots of great advice, patience and expertise working with seniors. With their help, I was able to move my 96 year old father from a horrible situation to wonderful experience for him. I would never have been able to cut through all the red tape and put together all the pieces of the puzzle without their quick ability to navigate the system.

When working with Paula, you are working with the owner of the company. Paula is fantastic! I had a difficult situation, and a lot of people were telling me check out this place and that place. I lived out of state, and my mother and her 25+ year significant other needed care as they were both suffering from dementia - I didn’t have the time or resources to set up a dozen different appointments on short notice to look at a dozen different places ina right period of time. In our case, my mom and her SO are both legally "single", but for their emotional well-being it was very important we keep them together. Paula was able to quickly cut through the confusion, and give me, and his daughter’s, the clear, concise, and practical advice and guidance we needed. Her staff is fantastic too. I literally cannot think of any constructive criticism for how she can improve their service. I wholeheartedly recommend and endorse Paula and her team at CarePatrol Baltimore.

Well I liked the way CP reacted so quickly to my needs for my Mom. Linda was very supportive and demonstrated excellent customer service from the first time she contacted me. She provided and arranged for the visits, tours and meetings with all the assisted living houses. Her expertise in this field gave me a great of confidence in providing me with all the available options that would meet my needs. She responded quickly to all my requests and provided good recommendations. Her timely follow-up was reassuring and comforting.

Our contact, Tanya, helped us every step of the way. First, she really listened to understand what the needs would be for our father. She provided a comprehensive overview of options and arranged meetings with the facilities. All along the way, she answered questions, offered guidance and insight. As our plans changed for our father due to his condition changing, Tanya was right there with us and dad has landed in a great place. Tanya also continues to help by lending expertise on insurance issues and is just a fantastic resource!
