When you are in a desperate situation, as I was, Paula and Linda were right on top of things and got everything arranged and coordinated. They were the perfect, most helpful liaisons in finding the right facility. Having someone who is familiar with the different facilities and the employees who work there, just makes everything so much easier than having to do it yourself.

Trying to find a Skilled Nursing Facility to fit the needs of my mom was all new to me and has not been the easiest process. They made themselves available during the day or outside of working hours to answers questions. I was particular and had lots of demands. So glad I heard about CarePatrol! It's like having a real estate agent, but for senior living. It's so hard navigating all of the different places on your own. They guide you every step of the way. Though under the gun to make a move quickly, Nevertheless, through CP's efforts and support, I was in a position to make a good choice, balancing amenities and price. Preparation for the move and the move itself proceeded without a major hitch. So far, so good, though it's mostly first impressions at this early stage.
