Trying to find a Skilled Nursing Facility to fit the needs of my mom was all new to me and has not been the easiest process. I was introduced to two gems, Debbie and Linda who made the process easier. I can’t express enough how appreciative I am for these two ladies. They made themselves available during the day or outside of working hours to answers questions. I was particular and had lots of demands. They moved with a sense of urgency at every turn and Debbie and I actually met up since we formed a bond while she was helping me search for a place for my mom. Placing a loved on in a facility short or long term is never easy, but thanks to CarePatrol, I’ve met a great group of caregivers that will fit our moms needs.

So glad I heard about CarePatrol! It's like having a real estate agent, but for senior living. It's so hard navigating all of the different places on your own. They guide you every step of the way. Care Patrol’s service helped us in placing our mom in an assisted living facility that best suited her. Without their guidance, recommendations and support, we know we would still be struggling on where to place mom. Friendly, experienced, capable reps led me to visit a few good assisted living communities. Though under the gun to make a move quickly, Nevertheless, through CP's efforts and support, I was in a position to make a good choice, balancing amenities and price. Preparation for the move and the move itself proceeded without a major hitch. So far, so good, though it's mostly first impressions at this early stage.
Both Laura and Linda were awesome to deal with. They listened carefully to what was needed for my mother and quickly found a wonderful Assisted Living facility that was perfect for her.

I cannot fully express how positive an impact CarePatrol had on me during the truly arduous and time-sensitive search for an assisted living site. Their attention to my needs and their work matching referrals to those needs were extraordinary. And successful. So much so that the social worker at the hospital was amazed that I had a placement for my dying relative so quickly: "A placement within two days? Wow"!
These last 2 1/2 weeks have been extremely stressful. But CarePatrol, specifically Linda Kurlander and Tanya Gillis, made this complex activity not only manageable, but also the end-of-life placement possible. Efforts to find help paid off when we were advised to contact CarePatrol. They helped when it was difficult to find any other that would respond in a timely manner. There were a few small glitches along the way but everything worked out well.

When you are in a desperate situation, as I was, Paula and Linda were right on top of things and got everything arranged and coordinated. They were the perfect, most helpful liaisons in finding the right facility. Having someone who is familiar with the different facilities and the employees who work there, just makes everything so much easier than having to do it yourself.
