Everyone l spoke to and met with were so helpful and knowledgeable. More importantly, they we able to assist in the details of visiting, selecting, and moving which really took a lot off our already overflowing stress-plates … most importantly, they did not provide my information to any of the places they suggested, so l was inundated with marketing emails, texts, and phone call during the already overwhelming time (l had used a different placement service several months earlier for a different circumstance earlier, and l am still getting just following up” calls and texts from places I told l was not interested in …)
They truly showed interest in helping us in finding a place. Debbie us even come by to help unpack and be sure my friend is comfortable in the senior living home.
I like the facts that they were very professional, knowledgeable, and listened to our concerns regarding our mom. They assisted in our process and ensured our transition to the assisted living facility was smooth. Overall, we were very pleased and have already recommended them to friends.
We had a good experience. Lynda arranged for an appointment and tour of Oak Crest at the end of July. I also used CarePatrol to identify and get information for other CCRCs but did not visit any of them. Before the tour of Oak Crest my wife had set her heart on Oak Crest because 2 of her cousins were there. Lynda was there for us to answer questions and on other visits to Oak Crest. Overall it was a good experience.

I was so impressed that the women at CarePatrol worked on the weekend, were sensitive to my situation, took me step by step through everything I needed to know, and do, to place my loved one in a memory care unit. I would have been lost without their able and kind assistance.
They were attentive, understanding, and able to find my parents a place that would work for them.

I can not say enough good things about Care Patrol of Baltimore. They were so extremely helpful in finding the right place for my mother-in-law. They helped us every step of the way in the process and were so patient, caring and knowledgeable. Tanya and Linda both really got to know our family and our needs and wishes for our loved one. When a fall landed her in the hospital, Tanya was helpful in assisting us to navigate some of the uncertainties and nuisances of Medicare coverage.
My mother in law is now happy, safe and in fact thriving at her new home in an assisted living facility close to us! I would without hesitation recommend Care Patrol of Baltimore. In fact, I already have told so many people that are in the similar situation with their loved ones. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you!

Care Patrol was recommended when my mom was released from rehabilitation at Stella Maris. I was overwhelmed with the task of finding a permanent living solution for my mom who had previously lived independently about 40 minutes from my home. Debbie provided direction, assisted me with facility visits, and guided me through this overwhelming process with warmth and kindness, against a very tight timeline. She found the perfect home for my mom. I have since worked with another member of the Care Patrol team (Kris) and received the same care and attention. This group is a lifesaver and I've already recommended them to several peers!
Tanya, Laura and Linda were very responsive and helped me to make my decision to transfer my father-in-law to a new assisted living facility in a very short amount of time. They already had a relationship with the new caregiver which gave me peace of mind. They listened to my concerns and had options for me. He was placed in a better facility almost right away. The process of finding an assisted living facility for an aging parent is complicated. There are many questions, concerns, etc. Working with the Care Patrol team made this process very easy. They took the time to determine our needs and concerns and identified facilities aligned with them. They joined us on a tour of those facilities, provided valuable insight, and helped with additional questions we may not have considered. They offered us further information to aid in my parents' move-in—A huge shout out to Linda and Laura, who were highly professional and helpful through this process.

A elderly friend was seeking assisted living and Care Patrol staff Laura initially interviewed her and referred her to Debbie Hill who gave exceptional, professional guidance , patience and help . Along with her coworker Kris set up appointments and went with us with my friend to numerous assisted living places not once but 2 times to a couple of them until she was sure . Debbie and Kris are a great team offering encouraging advice and direction. Debbie always was available for many phone calls and text messages until finally my friend made her decision. To our amazement when moving things in… it was mentioned to go back home to get more of her belongings and she said “ No , that place is not my home but here is my home now “. That says it all !
