Care Patrol was a God-Sent when me and my family needed to find a place for my aunt when she could no longer take care of herself. They jumped in immediately to identify our particular needs and proceeded to identify facilities that spoke to our needs and most importantly our purse. A particular supportive measure performed was to sit in with the family on a zoom meeting to provide guidance and information on a weekend day. Truly appreciated. CarePatrol made the site visits with us and continued to ask questions to assess if our needs were being met. They were supportive by helping to do some of the necessary paperwork and by speaking directly to the facility management. Through all of this they were friendly and made you feel comfortable in this process. Yes I would recommend CarePatrol without hesitation.

Paula was very quick to respond to my request for assistance on a late Monday evening. The next day she called me to understand my situation and needs. She quickly setup tours with facilities near my area of interest. Linda met me and accompanied me on the tours to help with any questions I may not think of and provide guidance on my thoughts. They helped me decide on my mom’s next care home and facilitated the initiation of my mom’s assessment. Paula was also super helpful navigating the void of feedback on care notes from the rehab my mom was in at the time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help with out of home care for their loved ones.

They spent time talking with me to understand the situation, and were able to mobilize quickly as our window was very tight as my aunt was leaving rehab and could not return home to live by herself. The two main CarePatrol employee that I worked with were exceptional. Linda and Rhonda went out of their way to help with every aspect of finding a place for my dad and getting him settled. They responded to every call and text quickly and expertly, even when it was well past business hours. I couldn't have found a great place at the price they were able to get. They made a difficult time in my life much more manageable.

I cannot say enough good things about CarePatrol. My family was put in touch with CarePatrol when my father was hospitalized for dementia a year and a half ago. We started working with them to find assisted living for him, but he passed away while still in the hospital.
Fast-forward to last week. My 92-year-old mom was hospitalized, and we knew that we had to find assisted living for her before she was released.
