Michele was fantastic in ensuring I got exactly what I wanted even when I came in with only a small idea of what I wanted. The experience Alex gave me for my cut was the best haircutting service ive received in my life. She listened to what i wanted and prioritized it even if it wound up taking her longer, i came in with a mess of a haircut but i left looking exactly like the reference photo i briefly showed her!! I didnt even think it was possible :,)
