The people are fun and so diverse. There isn't any uniformity (in the best way) but the customer service and talent level is exactly where you as a company need it to be.

I like that I can make an appointment online and I don’t have to wait long at all when I arrive. I take my 14-year-old son here for his haircuts.We haven’t purchased any products from there. I like that I am able to choose my stylist when I book an appointment. I always book appointments with Jasper. He does a great job, he’s always ready when we get there, and he’s very personable.
