Specifically Alex I. does amazing work. She never cuts my long hair too short. She cares about her clients greatly and it’s evident in her work. She’s very thorough about discussing what the client wants and making expectations clear so everyone is happy. Overall, she lights up the shop and brings amazing energy to every appointment. I used to be extremely protective of my hair, but now I feel completely comfortable trusting Alex to give me the best hair possible. I want no one else to do my hair except her, and wherever she goes I will follow. If I recommended Floyd’s to anyone, it would be to see Alex specifically.
Xavier was awesome and fixed my haircut they got messed up. This is now my regular barbershop.
