Jasper at Floyd’s 99 - UCF is an amazing stylist! Always cuts my hair exactly how I ask him to, and can even tell if something isn’t right for me yet based on my face and body language. Always gives me a heads up if something is gonna be loud, and asks every time if I do or do not want the complimentary massage. Plus, he’s always got a smile on his face, will talk to me the whole time or not at all (whatever mood I’m in), and gives a great handshake on the way in and out! I always recommend him to anyone starting at UCF and asking who they should see, regardless of it they have short, medium or long hair.

She knows exactly what to do with my hair which is difficult and makes suggestions and recommendations that are always on point. Great service and even better person.

Your staff at the UCF location on University Blvd are really great. We’ve been return customers since 2016, so almost 10 years, and have always had great customer experiences.
