Cathy does a superb job doing my head shave & beard trim. It’s my second time booking her & I plan for more occasional repeat visits. The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 is because I think the price for both ($86) is a bit high. Otherwise, very, very satisfied!

Personally, I don’t use your products. However, the services and people that are provided at Floyd’s are top-notch.
I got tired of my old barber (I’m 66), and I wanted to try something new. I am a traditionalist, yet Floyd’s is a wonderful place to get one’s hair done. Great services, great people with wonderful skills. Jo is the best!

Great haircut from Parker.

Everyone was friendly, place was clean, service was quick while still being high quality, and pricing was very competitive for the area.

1. Services - I appreciate the way I’m greeted and treated upon arrival.
2. I love Tea Tree products. I noticed that the latter products are not as prominent where customer’s can view/select what they want.
3. I like how your team work together on scheduling when necessary.
4. Sometimes lower the volume on the music. I like the music though!

The service was amazing, all the staff were friendly and well spoken. Was greeted right when I came in and left, the atmosphere is professional and fun and makes you want to come back. I even found myself already scheduling another haircut for next month right after, and the barber Parker in specific cut my hair and it has to be one of the best if not THE best fade I’ve ever received! 10/10 I’ll be coming back agin!
