The skill of the staff, especially Tricia and Vanessa.
My only suggestion would be to fix the recurring disconnect between local staff and the online scheduling service. Schedules change without local staff being informed, and seemingly without reason.

Emmy H cuts hair very well.

We enjoy going to Floyd’s to see Mrs. Mimi. The people, service and music are great. It’s quick and efficient - never a wait and always super clean. One more thing, Mrs. Mimi is great at remembering what haircut each of my sons gets - one is a Gentleman’s cut and the other is a fade with scissor cut on the top. They are 6YO & 10YO and truly love their haircuts with Mrs. Mimi. Also my boys like the lollipops afterwards. 😃 See you next month.
