I love the service. I got Kathy's name when I contacted Floyd's corporate website looking for someone in Columbia who could help me keep my beard and hair nice year around for my Santa role. She is the best.
I like the products, but do have a slight complaint about the leave in conditioner. Not the product itself, but the fact that 3 out 5 times the pump doesn't seem to work making me unscrew the top and try to manage getting the right amount out by squeezing the bottle. Not always successful leading me to use more than I wanted to.
However, overall Floyd's in Columbia MD is great.
