Jo, my go to stylist is very good at what she does, very through, and has great conversations. They are both the best and shortest (time wise) hair cuts I've ever had and that just goes to show her expertise and skill.

Vanessa is the best hair dresser I’ve ever had. I wanted to make some big changes with my style and was really nervous about it. She took me step by step and made the whole experience easy and the final outcome came out great. She recommended me some products to help with my skin and all of them have worked great.

Let me get one thing clear. Most of my stylists at Floyd’s over the past 5 years have been mediocre-decent. Some have been awful. They would rush my cut because it’s simple with mainly buzzing and it would grow back in uneven. The manager of the Columbia location was the worst I’ve had there she spent less than 10 minutes on my cut.

Mimi on the other hand is amazing. With her my cut takes 30 minutes and looks good the entire time it’s growing back in. She takes the time and effort to really go over and over each area with buzzers and take the extra time to get those pesky hairs. I’ve been getting essentially the same hair cut my entire life and Mimi does it the best out of anyone. It’s not hard to tell, she simply holds herself to a higher standard and puts more effort into each of her cuts than the others. Pay Mimi as much as you can because she is executing the best cuts at the Columbia/Ellicott city locations.
