Her customer service is superb and most importantly… Vanessa CARES about her clients. A fantastic personality behind the scissors is vital… kinda like a good bedside manner for anyone in the medical field! Vanessa’s ability to cut a pixie cut is superb… and it is just one reason why I am in her chair every 3 weeks for a shape up! What sets Floyd’s apart is the hot foam and razor neck shave and the complimentary massage at the end of each appointment. The atmosphere is also pretty unique and cool.
