When I learned about CarePatrol, it was a relief because I did not know where my husband could go. Mike contacted me quickly and after discussing what my husband needed and preferred locations, he provided info. He met me at places I wished to tour. He provided what I needed quickly and professionally. He helped me find a place I am now happy with. I never would have learned about it otherwise, . I rate him a 10plus. He was excellent.
Our rep Madison at Care Patrol was fantastic! She was kind, professional and knowledgeable. We are not from the area and needed to find respite care very quickly for a family member that was being discharged from the hospital. Not being familiar with the local respite providers there we really needed to connect with an agency that could help guide us. We found the best option for care within 24 hours for our loved one! They are doing better and are back home now and we will always be grateful for Care Patrol of East Ohio's guidance and care.

I appreciated how involved Tammy was in assisting me. She gained the knowledge she needed about my mom and her needs to guide me throughout the entire process. She didn't waste my time showing me places that wouldn't work for my mom. Her industry knowledge completely showed through. Tammy gave pertinent information about each facility; some that was shared by the facility and some additional information that was important in making an informed decision. I was referred to Tammy from a customer of mine, and I can see why. It was a great experience working with Tammy and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to find the right place for their loved one.
Jenny met me at Prema in Covington and toured with me and my husband, asking questions and pointing out concerns. She also came by to check on us once my dad arrived from the hospital. I appreciate her stepping in when Dana was traveling.
Jim did an excellent job finding the perfect living facility for my Mom / he listened to our needs and narrowed the search to 3- which saved us so much time and energy. This process can be very overwhelming- even for the family members - but Jim assisted us every step of the way.
