CarePatrol was a wonderful asset in looking for independent living for my mom. They made us and our criteria their priority in looking for the perfect place. They listened and were our advocate every step of the way. We ran into a few hiccups once we identified where mom wanted to live. There were personnel changes and balls were dropped by the independent living facility. CarePatrol stepped in and made everything right, acting as the liaison between us and the facility. Mom got the perfect apartment to all of her specifications and will be a very happy tenant in her new home! And it was all a result of CarePatrol listening to our needs and making it happen. I highly recommend their services!

And she clearly cared about our mom and showed a lot of compassion. We really appreciated her checking in with us a week after our mom entered assisted living to make sure everything was going okay.
