The price was fair and the order was ready on time. I like that I was notified when the order was ready. I am not sure how many people work there, but I was offered help by three individuals at different times as I was loading the order in my truck. You have some very nice, helpful, and honest employees at the Lyman, SC facility. I have already recommended this place to other friends and associates that may need your services in the near future. great website and easy to find product info plus pricing. Also asked for a quote on a 1100 grade aluminum and within a few minutes Jarvis Monroe responded that the product was out of stock and confirmed that a 3003 grade was readily available. So Great Customer Service and an order was placed for the 3003 grade sheet.

Google maps took me to the back entrance, but I called and the manager gave me very detailed directions to the front of the store. When I told him what I was looking for he checked inventory and invited me into the stockroom to take a look. He gave me a quote and I asked how much it was to cut it. I was surprised how affordable it was. I will be coming back next time I need some metal.

Craig and Mickey were great. (I sure hope I remember Mickey's name correctly.) I was able to get just what I needed plus Mickey was able to offer good advice on how to fix up a couple of extra things on my old trailer. Will definitely come back or any additional needs plus recommend to friends.
Price was great, everything I ordered was 100% the way I asked, they cut everything I needed very quickly. I will be back for my other metal needs in the future.
Easy to order items
The whole process was super easy. Sales followed up super fast and was great to work with (Jarvis Monroe). The items were prepared exactly as per spec. The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful with placing the products. They will be my GO-TO metal supplier.
