Jarvis Monroe went out of his way to help me via email and onsite in the store. I watched him interact with other customers and was very impressed. He needs a raise or make sure he know's how valuable he is. Based on what I saw, he's a big reason for repeat customers.
As for the product I received, the staff doing the cutting were very helpful and even took time to smooth the ends of the brass square rods I purchased.
Overall, this was an outstanding experience.
