The team was professional, fast and courteous. They quickly found the piece of aluminum that I needed and cut it to the exact size. I needed it within less than 1/16th inch in length variation and their measurements were perfect. I've used this Metal Supermarkets before and every time they are terrific. Thanks to Isaiah and the others for making easy what I thought would be the hardest part of my project.
Easy to get and delivered to my house.
I went all over Charlotte looking for a specific piece of pipe to help my disabled brother, so I could raise his seat so I could take him to doctors appointments . Nobody would help me. So my brother texted me Metal supermarkets, I went and described what I needed to Michael Tallent , he immediately knew what I was talking about, and found exactly what I was looking for. Than 2 weeks later I went back and talked to Michael again because the people I paid 200 dolls to to fix the seat and they made it worse. Michael took care of the problem for me, . For a very very good price. Now thanks to Michael and the staff in the shop, I can comfortably get my brother to his appointments. Thank you

Service was extremely fast and efficient. They don't charge cutting fees or have minimums so I highly recommend them to anyone in the DIY space looking for specific shapes and sizes. Also SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than your local big box store. I've used MS Charlotte and Atlanta South with both locations having products for 40-60% less than the big blue and orange stores. Be sure to call your local MS store to get the quote and place your order. I found both locations had better prices in-store than even what they listed online. Truly a game changer for fabricators and DIY pros alike.

I do small diy projects periodically and I love the service and professionalism as much or more than the great prices Metal Supermarkets offers. They’re always courteous and helpful when I’m looking for metal for my projects. Recently I tried sourcing a few pieces of metal from another metal supplier closer to me. The experience was terrible. I had to wait an extended amount of time for service even when I was the only customer in the facility. I also felt as if they really didn’t want my business as I wasn’t ordering a large amount of metal. I ended up walking out. I’m a Metal Supermarkets customer for life.
