i loved Jarvis (or i am sorry, it may have been Jervis) and his customer service, ALL the way around! he treated me as a serious customer & also gave me some direction / a connection on a place to get my rebar bent if i wasn’t able to do. As it turned out we DID bend ourselves (around a tree) and it all looks great!

I had an excellent experience with Jarvis Monroe in your Charlotte store. I was promptly greeted when I walked in at 8am and he quickly took care of ordering an addition to my online order that I was picking up. On the pickup side, I received the same service, and they offered to load the materials in my truck. This was my first time buying from Metal Supermarkets and I had a great experience.
