I just went for a simple sheet of material. I sell building materials so the ins and outs of metal I have no clue. I was easily directed to what I needed and it was prepped and ready in 15 minutes. While I waited I noticed all the orders they received and the staff quickly understood the customer. It reminded me of the old fashion lumber yard where I started 35 years ago. A simple face to face transaction with complete trust in each other.
