Larry does a great job on mine and my son’s haircuts every time! I appreciate his attention to detail and how he wants his clients to look good. I like that he offers his opinion on hair care products , even though I have yet to purchase any. Being able to make appointments online is great, very convenient. All the staff at the Stonegate location are super friendly and helpful.

I like your store and the service I get, but I did not get the stylist I wanted. We had been going to her for like 3 years. I think there has been an issue with her availability but was disappointed that when I made the appt she was not going to even be in the store but then magically a couple days later she was there and entirely booked. Hoping to get back with her the next time. Disappointed we couldn’t get our haircut with her.

I like the flexibility to mostly be able to just walk in and wait no more than 30 minutes and get worked in. Also for the most part even not knowing who I'll get for a cut I often get a really good cut.
