Everyone is always so nice. They listen to my kids and don't patronize them. Even when the kids are shy or quiet, they know how to ask the right questions and engage them. This haircut was for my 11 year old, and he really loves his haircut. He had someone different than usual (kelley wasn't available - but shout out to her because we love her!). My son thought she was very nice. He is very happy with his haircut.
