The person who cut my son‘s hair did an amazing job. He was unsure of the cut that he wanted so she talked to him about it along the way to make sure that the length was correct. I have a 17-year-old and he said she was nice. From my chair in the lobby, I could hear him talking with her. We’ve always had great experiences at Floyd’s. This one was amazing for this mom and more importantly, my son loves his hair.

My barber was great. I liked that the place came off as welcoming and LGBT friendly. No high pressure sales or gimmicks. The comped shampoo for my first visit was also notable.
But primarily I just got exactly what I asked for. I showed them a picture and got exactly what I was looking for.
